Experience

I have extensive business coaching, facilitation, operational management, change management and team leadership experience, derived from my 26 years with Price Waterhouse /Pricewaterhouse Coopers from 1980 to 2005, and more recently consulting in Sydney, Australia to a variety of corporate and professional services clients including two key global organisations:

career transition company, DBM, (now part of Lee Hecht Harrison) from 2007 to 2011assisting individuals and organisations undertaking role and career transitions including outplacement, new role onboarding and executive coaching
CEO organisation, The Executive Connection, which is affiliated with Vistage International, which provides CEOs of SME's with a group setting of other CEO's in non-competing businesses and also with no customers or suppliers, where business issues are workshopped, guest speakers provide updates on current business issues and I as a group Chair provide monthly 1:1 coaching. The Objective is to assist CEO's be Better Leaders, make Better Decisions and Achieve Better Results.

I had significant involvement in the merger of the legacy firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998/99, the rationalization and reorganization of various business units therein and then the strategic realignment of the firm to meet market demands. This experience has been very beneficial in consulting to clients of DBM undertaking career and role transitions and then subsequently in facilitating corporate clients undertake change management initiatives.

I am also an active investor in the Australian stock market which gives me a unique insight and perspective on the domestic and global issues facing business.
